Requirements:

Licensed attorney with five years of experience No misconduct and in good standing with the State Bar Act ethically at all times and exhibit professionalism while zealously defending clients Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to remain professional while dealing with a wide variety of personalities. Excellent knowledge of computers and software, including MS Word, MS Excel, PDF Editing Software, Practice Management Software. Prior experience working collaboratively with others to develop and implement action plans. Ability to think critically about each potential case, identifying strengths/weaknesses as well as causes of action and potential themes.
