Litigation Attorney 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Ardmore, PA 19003 Litigation Attorney Litigation Attorney Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, including civil litigation, real estate law, and corporate law. This role involves representing clients in legal proceedings, conducting legal research, and providing sound legal advice to support our clients’ interests. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in court and administrative proceedings Draft and file legal documents, including complaints and motions Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses Participate in discovery and pre-trial proceedings Advocate on behalf of clients during oral arguments and trials Negotiate settlements and corporate transactions Provide legal advice to clients regarding compliance and risk management issues Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation Strong knowledge of civil litigation, real estate law, and corporate law Experience with transactional law and intellectual property is a plus Proficient in drafting complaints, answering complaints, and motion practice Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines Benefits 401K Medical Dental PTO Referral Program For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
