Rich is looking for an aggressive, competitive, self-motivating individual that wants to litigate and try cases. The ideal candidate thrives in an office setting, not remote, and sees a future in the courtroom, not moving papers. The position does not require business development. We have the cases. The firm is growing and needs talented lawyers looking to build experience as a strong trial lawyer. Key Responsibilities Work as an associate with Rich handling a full litigation caseload: motor vehicle, commercial trucking, and premises cases Handling discovery, experts, depositions, motion practice, and trials. Collaborate closely with Rich on all aspects of the case. Prepare clients and witnesses for deposition and trial testimony. Participate in all phases of trial preparation, including voir dire, opening, direct/cross-examinations, and closings. Learn by doing—this is a hands-on role designed for someone who wants to argue, present, and try cases. Why work for us ? To be considered for this position you must possess the following:

• J.D. in Law from an accredited college or University
• Licensed in PA is a must; NJ license a plus
• Must be able to travel throughout PA and surrounding states as necessary
• Have reliable transportation
• Highly proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn new systems with ease
• Intermediate knowledge of personal injury law as well as state laws and regulations as they apply to our area of expertise
• Must be able to handle a challenging case load from pleadings through trial
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and complete assignments with conflicting deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with people from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to contribute as an individual and as part of a team
