Attorney Lehigh Immigration 559 Main Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018 Overview We are seeking a skilled immigration attorney to join our thriving law practice in beautiful historic Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the fields of removal defense and/or family immigration law. Excellent organizational, team work, and client management skills are a must. Duties

• Conducting client interviews in person and over the phone
• Representing clients in removal proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review
• Representing clients before USCIS and attending interviews at various USCIS field offices as needed
• Working effectively with office support staff to complete cases timely and accurately
• Researching immigration laws and maintaining up to date knowledge of government practices and trends
• Drafting motions, legal briefs, and cover letters as needed Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to a state bar association
• Proven experience and a genuine interest in the field of immigration law
• A valid drivers license
• Ability to effectively delegate tasks to paralegals and office support staff Benefits
