Junior Associate Attorney Bifulco and Associates, PC 205 West Broad Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various areas of law, including but not limited to securities law, family law, personal injury law, and estate planning. Duties As a Junior Attorney, your responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions. Assisting in negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. Providing legal advice and guidance in areas such as estate planning and family law matters. Staying updated on relevant laws and regulations, including tribal law regulations and patent law. Collaborating with senior attorneys on complex cases within the firm’s practice areas. Maintaining organized case files and documentation in accordance with office protocols. Experience The ideal candidate will have: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Experience or coursework in securities law, family law, personal injury law, estate planning, or related fields is preferred. Strong skills in legal research and writing with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly. Familiarity with negotiating techniques and strategies. A commitment to professional development and a desire to learn from experienced attorneys within the firm.
