Manage a caseloadof asbestos litigation matters, from initial intake through toresolution. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies,with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.
Conduct thorough and meticulous legal research to support casepreparation and strategy development. Draft and review legaldocuments, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Representclients in court, presenting arguments and evidence in a clear,compelling, and persuasive manner. Collaborate closely with a teamof attorneys and paralegals, contributing to a positive,supportive, and high-performing team culture.
Qualifications:
JurisDoctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to thestate bar. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in asbestos litigation,with a particular focus on toxic tort and plaintiff representation.
Proven track record of success in trial. Exceptional research andwriting skills, with the ability to produce high-quality legaldocuments. Strong oral advocacy skills, with the ability to presentarguments and evidence in a clear, compelling, and persuasivemanner. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildand maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
