Salary:

Your role will be to defend avariety of Civil matters in our growing Philadelphia, PA practice.

What You Will Do:

Defend a Variety of Civil Litigation Defensematters including:

General Liability Personal Injury ProductLiability Professional Liability Qualifications:

Our idealcandidate will have 6 years of relevant experience and thefollowing credentials/skills: Experience with Insurance Defenseclients. Experience writing motions and other legal memoranda,summarizing depositions and trial preparation is preferred. Theability to work independently from suit inception tosettlement/trial is preferred.

Required Education & Licensure:

Juris Doctorate Degree (J.D.). Active Pennsylvania Bar License(Required). Active New Jersey Bar, and/or ability to transfer UBEscores (Preferred). Being able to waive into the New Jersey Bar andhaving multiple bars is ideal, however, we are willing to considercandidates with only one bar. Interested in hearing more?
