We are seeking a seasoned Civil LitigationAttorney to join our dynamic legal team. Responsibilities:

As a Civil Litigation Attorney, you willbe responsible for handling all aspects of civil litigation mattersfrom inception through trial. Your responsibilities will include,but not be limited to: 1. Representing clients in court and arguingmotions. 2. Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings,motions, and discovery requests. 3. Developing litigationstrategies and presenting cases to senior attorneys. 4. Negotiatingsettlements on behalf of clients. 5. Coordinating and managinglitigation support staff and paralegals. 6. Maintaining clear andregular communication with clients, keeping them informed aboutcase progress and legal developments. 7. Complying with all legalstandards and regulations. 8. Assisting with firm marketingefforts, including networking and business development.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possessthe following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree froman accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar. 3. Aminimum of 1-5 years of experience in civil litigation. 4.Excellent knowledge of litigation and court procedures. 5.Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complexlegal issues. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7.Excellent oral and written communication skills. 8. Ability tomanage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 9. High degree ofprofessional ethics and integrity. 10. Proficiency in legalresearch software and case management systems.
