1.

Transactional Expertise:

Demonstrateexceptional proficiency in handling a wide range of commercial realestate transactions, with a particular emphasis on large loanfinancing, including drafting and negotiating loan documents,purchase and sale agreements, and other related contracts. 2.

Titleand Survey Review:

Conduct comprehensive title examinations andsurvey analyses to identify potential issues or risks related toreal estate properties. Provide strategic advice and counsel toclients based on findings. 3.

Due Diligence:

Conduct thorough duediligence investigations on real estate properties and otherrelated assets to ensure compliance with legal requirements andidentify any potential liabilities. 4.

Client Counseling:

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals andobjectives, providing strategic and business-oriented legal adviceto support their commercial real estate endeavors. 5.

TransactionManagement:

Oversee and manage the entire life cycle of real estatetransactions, from the initial negotiation phase to closing,ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met. 6.

Research andAnalysis:

Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, andindustry trends pertaining to commercial real estate financing andtitle and survey matters. Conduct legal research and analysis toprovide innovative solutions to complex legal issues. 7.

TeamLeadership:

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior associatesand support staff, contributing to their professional developmentand fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.8.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other practice groups within thefirm, such as finance, tax, and corporate, to provide comprehensivelegal services to clients with diverse needs. 9.

ClientDevelopment:

Actively participate in business developmentactivities, including client presentations, networking events, andindustry conferences to expand the firm’s client base and cultivatelasting relationships.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.)degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state barand in good standing. 3. Minimum of 7 years of experience incommercial real estate law, with a primary focus on large loanfinancing and title and survey work. 4. Proven experience inmanaging complex real estate transactions and providing innovativesolutions to legal challenges. 5. Strong understanding of realestate financing mechanisms, including debt and equity structures.6. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills. 7.Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities. 8. Strongleadership skills and the ability to work effectively in ateam-oriented environment. 9. Demonstrated commitment to deliveringhigh-quality legal services and exceeding client expectations. 10.Client-focused approach and ability to build and maintain long-termrelationships with clients.
