Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate on complex M&A transactions and assist with deal structuring, negotiation, and execution. Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and serve in a trusted advisory role. Contribute to client meetings and communications, helping guide key business decisions. Support due diligence processes and draft/review transaction documentation.

Job Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience with a focus on mergers and acquisitions; exposure to securities law or emerging businesses is a plus. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills. Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required.

Compensation:

Target annual salary range: $225,000-$245,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses, incentive opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
