1. Manage all aspects of litigationincluding discovery, depositions, motions, court hearings, andtrial proceedings. 2. Draft pleadings, motions, and appellatedocuments and submit them to the court. 3. Prepare and answerwritten discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests forproduction, and requests for admission. 4. Attend depositions 5.Prepare for and participate in arbitrations and trials, presentingevidence and arguments in a persuasive and effective manner. 6.Conduct research and analysis of legal problems and interpret laws,rulings, and regulations. 7. Provide expert legal advice andsupport to clients
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor degree from anaccredited law school. 2. Active member in good standing with thePennsylvania and New Jersey Bar. 3. Minimum of 2 years ofemployment defense litigation experience 4. Proven experience inpreparing and answering written discovery, attending depositions,and preparing for and participating in arbitrations/trials. 5.Excellent litigation and negotiation skills, with the ability toresolve complex legal disputes in a favorable manner.
