This is aunique opportunity for a passionate professional to work on avariety of complex employment litigation matters. The successfulcandidate will be involved in high-profile cases, providing expertadvice and legal representation to our clients. Responsibilities:
Manage andoversee all aspects of litigation, including taking and defendingdepositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Handle a variety ofemployment litigation matters, including discrimination,harassment, wage & hour disputes, employee relations issues, andADA compliance. Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions,briefs, opinions, and other legal documents. Conduct legal researchand analysis on a wide range of employment law issues. Provideexpert legal advice to clients on employment law matters, ensuringcompliance with federal, state, and local laws. Develop strategiesfor handling legal issues in creative and effective ways. Maintaincurrent knowledge of changes in employment law and advise clientsaccordingly. Collaborate with the legal team to ensure the bestpossible outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor(JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice lawin the state. Minimum of 3 years of experience in employmentlitigation, with a focus on discrimination, harassment, wage & hourdisputes, employee relations issues, and ADA compliance. Proventrack record of managing all aspects of complex litigation. Stronglegal research and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meettight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability tobuild relationships with clients and colleagues. High degree ofprofessional ethics and integrity. Proficient in legal researchsoftware and Microsoft Office Suite. Interested in hearing more?
