PositionOverview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medicalmalpractice defense and excel in litigation, case management, andclient relations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle all aspects ofmedical malpractice defense cases from inception through trial
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legaldocuments
• Develop case strategies and advise clients on riskmanagement
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and healthcare professionals
• Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school and active barmembership
• 5-8 years of experience in medical malpractice defense
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Excellentinterpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to managemultiple cases efficiently
