Salary:

JobDetails Responsibilities:
Analyze insurance coverage forthird-party liability matters (general and professional liability)Draft coverage opinions and position letters Handle complexcoverage litigation, including fraud, first-party property, and badfaith claims Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and motionpractice Collaborate with a high-performing national team onstrategic risk and specialty lines
Qualifications:
JD from anaccredited law school 5-8 years of insurance coverage experienceLitigation experience, including depositions and oral advocacyStrong research, writing, and analytical skills Admission to thePennsylvania Bar is required Interested in hearing more?
