Labor and Employment Attorney Position Available In Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

Beacon Hill is seeking attorneys with labor andemployment-related claims experience to support a new client matterwith an Am Law 200 firm. This is a fully-remote opportunity,although candidates must be located in a jurisdiction where thefirm has office locations. This role will support the firm withhandling a high volume of labor and employment related claims. Theideal candidate will be experienced and confident in navigatingEEOC and other employment-related matters alongside firm attorneysin supporting this client.

Key Qualifications:

3 years ofexperience in employment law, particularly in defending corporateclients and/or government agencies. This role will assist with thereview, organization, and response to a volume ofemployment-related claims Must have strong legal researchexperience, being able to identify supporting information behindindividual claims Must come with experience managing EEOC mattersand other traditional labor grievances Federal Court experience isa plus Proven ability to support volume of matters, helpingstreamline workflows, and work closely in support of larger teamExcellent written and verbal communication skills Beacon Hill is anequal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/orprotected veterans are encouraged to apply.
