KeyResponsibilities:

Represent employers in a wide range of labor andemployment matters, including workplace investigations,discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, and employmentagreements. Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients oncompliance with state and federal labor laws. Draft and reviewemployment policies, handbooks, and contracts. Handle litigationmatters from inception through resolution, including trial orarbitration. Build and maintain strong client relationships throughexceptional service and responsiveness.

Qualifications:

J.D. degreefrom an accredited law school and active bar membership in goodstanding. 3-7 years of labor and employment law experience ,including litigation and counseling. Strong knowledge of federaland state labor laws, including FLSA, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, andNLRA. Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacyskills.
