We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partner withexpertise in General Litigation, Product Liability, andProfessional Liability for the Greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvaniaregion.

Responsibilities include:

Manage a high-volume caseload ofgeneral litigation, product liability, and professional liabilitymatters independently and with team support, from inception throughtrial and appeals. Draft pleadings, motions, discoverydemands/responses, and other legal documents tailored to thedefense of complex litigation in the above areas. Conductdepositions, appear in court, argue motions, and manage expertwitnesses with a focus on strategic case development. Developlitigation strategies internally and in partnership with clients toensure efficient and effective case resolution. Analyze and applycomplex facts and legal principles in product liability andprofessional liability cases, including industry standards andregulatory compliance issues. Conduct detailed legal research andprepare high-quality written work product on matters related togeneral litigation, product safety, risk management, andprofessional standards of care. Maintain strong, professionalclient relationships, ensuring adherence to client guidelines andhigh levels of responsiveness. Ensure all deadlines are met andbillable hours are accurately recorded while managing a busy,diverse litigation caseload. Mentor junior associates andcontribute to the collaborative, team-based approach that definesthe firm’s culture.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

8 years ofexperience in general litigation, with significant focus on productliability and professional liability. Proven trial experience,including 10 jury verdicts, in complex civil litigation. Expertisein managing high-exposure, multifaceted litigation mattersinvolving corporations, manufacturers, and licensed professionals.

Skilled in negotiating settlements, handling mediations andarbitrations, and crafting litigation strategies tailored to theunique risks of product and professional liability claims.

Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills, with ademonstrated ability to deliver high-quality legal work on complexfactual and legal issues. Admitted to practice in the Commonwealthof Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for theEastern District of Pennsylvania (admission in NJ, DE, or NY is aplus). Additional federal court experience is a plus, especially incomplex civil litigation.

Billable requirement:

1900, guaranteedannual bonus of $25,000 with billables completed. Comprehensivebenefits package, including health, life, short-term and long-termdisability insurance, 401(k), monthly technology stipend, paid timeoff and a remote workstyle. Salary range : $175,000- $190,000.
