1. Manage a caseload of personal injury casesfrom intake to resolution, including trial when necessary. 2.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discoveryrequests and responses. 3. Negotiate settlements with insurancecompanies and opposing counsel. 4. Represent clients at courthearings, settlement conferences, and trials. 5. Develop andmaintain strong relationships with clients, providing outstandingcustomer service and keeping them informed about the progress oftheir cases. 6. Work collaboratively with support staff to ensureefficient case management. 7. Participate in mediation andarbitration proceedings. 8. Maintain accurate and up-to-daterecords and case files. 9. Stay current on legal trends anddevelopments in the field of personal injury law.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 2.Admission to the state bar. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experienceas a personal injury attorney. 4. Proven trial experience, with astrong record of positive outcomes for clients. 5. Excellentnegotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorablesettlements for clients. 6. Strong legal research and writingskills. 7. Experience with case management software. 8. Excellentinterpersonal skills, with the ability to build strongrelationships with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.9. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage alarge caseload without sacrificing quality. 10. Experience withdepositions, mediation, and arbitration. 11. Strong problem-solvingskills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively toresolve cases effectively and efficiently. 12. A commitment tomaintaining the highest ethical standards.
