Our firm handles a wide variety of cases including MVA, Slip/Trip and Fall, Premise Liability, Product Liability and Medical Malpractice. You will work closely with our senior partners and support staff to maintain and grown your own caseload. Responsibilities:

Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys Collaborate with clients and senior associates and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits and settlement agreements. Resolve cases efficiently by using communication effectively with, and working alongside, senior attorneys and paralegals

Qualifications:

PA/NJ Bar licenses Litigation experience in PA/NJ federal and state courts Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills are necessary to work with all levels of staff and clients Prepared to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base
