We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced, anddetail-oriented Permanent Real Estate Attorney to join our legalteam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background incommercial real estate and a proven track record of providingtop-notch legal advice. This position requires a deep understandingof real estate law and commercial transactions, with a focus onacquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing of commercialproperties. The candidate must have strong negotiation skills,outstanding analytical abilities, and excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Drafting, reviewing, andnegotiating a wide variety of commercial real estate agreements,including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and loandocuments. 2. Advising clients on legal issues related to realestate transactions, including due diligence, title and surveyreview, and regulatory compliance. 3. Representing clients in realestate disputes, including litigation, mediation, and arbitration.4. Coordinating and managing outside counsel in various legalmatters related to real estate. 5. Providing legal advice andguidance to senior management on commercial real estate matters. 6.Staying updated on current trends, laws, and regulations in thereal estate industry to ensure the company’s compliance. 7.Developing and implementing legal strategies and policies relatedto the company’s real estate portfolio. 8. Conducting legalresearch and preparing legal memoranda on various real estateissues.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from anaccredited law school. 2. Admitted to practice law in the state. 3.A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law,preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department. 4. Strongknowledge of real estate law, including leasing, acquisitions,dispositions, and financing. 5. Excellent drafting, negotiation,and communication skills. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills, with the ability to make sound legal judgments. 7. Abilityto manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meetdeadlines. 8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.9. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. 10. Stronginterpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively withclients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
