Position Overview:

Seeking a motivated and experiencedReal Estate Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. Theideal candidate will have a strong background in all facets of realestate and business transactions, including but not limited toacquisitions and dispositions, sales, leasing, construction, equitysyndications, land entitlements, condominium and association work,financing, and commercial litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in various real estate-related litigationmatters.
  • Provide legal counsel and strategic advice on complexlegal challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailoredsolutions to enhance their business objectives.
  • Handlenegotiations, mediations, and trials effectively.
  • Manage casedocumentation and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
  • Utilize business acumen to contribute to the overall success ofclients’ ventures.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from anaccredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar inPennsylvania.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estatelitigation or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of commercialtransactions and property law.
  • Exceptional analytical,negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to workindependently and collaboratively within a team.
