Description JURISolutions Legal is seeking temporary contracts attorneys for upcoming opportunities with our corporate clients. These roles may include reviewing, drafting, and/or negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, technology transactions, sales agreements, or other commercial contracts. Candidates must be barred in at least one US jurisdiction. These engagements will vary in length and include both full-time and part-time opportunities.
