As a Workers Comp’Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for: 1. Handling allaspects of workers’ compensation cases from inception throughresolution. 2. Conducting legal research and drafting legaldocuments, including pleadings, discovery, and motions. 3.Representing clients at workers’ compensation hearings and trials.4. Taking and defending depositions, including preparing clientsand witnesses. 5. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients. 6.Providing legal advice to clients regarding their rights andobligations under workers’ compensation law. 7. Collaborating withother attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure theefficient and effective handling of cases. 8. Staying up-to-date onchanges in workers’ compensation law and sharing knowledge withcolleagues.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the WorkersComp’ Associate Attorney position will possess the followingqualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accreditedlaw school. 2. A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience. 3.Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 4. Provenexperience in taking and defending depositions. 5. Exceptionallegal writing and research skills. 6. Experience with legaldiscovery and trial procedures. 7. Ability to manage a fullcaseload independently and meet deadlines. 8.
