Salary:

Our firm is seeking adynamic, experienced, and dedicated Workers’ Compensation DefensePartner to join our team. This is a permanent position that offersan exciting opportunity to handle complex litigation cases, developstrategies, and lead a team of talented legal professionals. Theideal candidate will have a solid background in workers’compensation defense, a proven track record of success, and astrong desire to bring their expertise to the forefront of ourpractice. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience anda book of business is necessary.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee andmanage all aspects of workers’ compensation defense litigation,including but not limited to, developing case strategies,conducting discovery, drafting pleadings, and representing clientsin court. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships withclients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on workers’compensation defense matters. 3. Lead and mentor a team of legalprofessionals, fostering a collaborative and productive workenvironment. 4. Maintain a high level of professional conduct andadhere to firm and industry standards. 5. Stay abreast of changesin workers’ compensation laws and regulations, ensuring that thefirm and its clients are always in compliance. 6. Participate inbusiness development activities, including networking events,seminars, and conferences. 7. Collaborate with other partners tocontribute to the firm’s overall success and growth.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in workers’ compensationdefense litigation. 3. Active member in good standing with thePennsylvania state bar. 4. Demonstrated success in managing complexlitigation cases. 5. Strong leadership skills and experienceleading a team of legal professionals. 6. Excellent written andverbal communication skills. 7. Exceptional negotiation andconflict resolution skills. 8. Proven ability to develop andmaintain strong client relationships. 9. Book of business isnecessary. 10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 12. Commitment tomaintaining the highest level of professional and ethicalstandards.
