Commercial Property Solicitor York Salary up to £60k Hybrid working Are you a seasoned Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? A highly regarded, multi-service law firm in the heart of York City Centre is seeking an experienced and commercially astute solicitor to join their dynamic Property team. This well-established firm is recognised for its client-focused approach and strong presence in the Yorkshire legal market. The Role You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including: Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals Landlord and tenant matters Commercial leases, licences, and renewals Development work and investment transactions Property finance and secured lending You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and SMEs, providing tailored and pragmatic legal advice.
