Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Practice Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and be able to manage cases involving divorce, child custody, support, and other related matters.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in family law cases including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, and domestic violence. Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and agreements. Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies. Attend court hearings and mediations. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree. 1+ years of experience in family law preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage a caseload independently.

Full-time Pay:
$200,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
