Salary:

Ideal candidates will havestrong litigation skills, excellent research and writing abilities,and the capacity to handle cases in District, Superior, and U.S.District Courts.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research anddraft legal documents, pleadings, and assist with the discoveryprocess Provide client consultations and represent clients in legalmatters Take and defend depositions Prepare for and attend courthearings and trials Manage trial preparation and proceedings

Qualifications & Requirements:

Top academic credentials requiredLicensed to practice in Rhode Island (Massachusetts license is aplus) At least 4 years of civil litigation experience, includingtrial work, motion practice, discovery, dispositive motions, andappellate work Experience with alternative dispute resolution(ADR), including arbitration or mediation, is a plus Strongorganizational and detail-oriented skills Ability to managemultiple cases simultaneously Excellent written and oral advocacyabilities Superior analytical and problem-solving skills Strongethical standards and professionalism Ability to thrive in acollegial environment Interested in hearing more?
