Salary:

K JobDetails Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive legal counsel onestate planning, trusts, and probate matters to our diverseclientele. Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health caredirectives, deeds, and beneficiary designation forms with precisionand a keen eye for detail. Manage all aspects of probateadministration and trusts administration, ensuring all legalrequirements are met. Conduct thorough legal research and addresscomplex procedural issues with a strategic and analytical approach.

Maintain clear and consistent client communication, providingupdates and explaining complex legal matters in an understandablemanner. Contribute to business development efforts, includingnetworking and relationship-building within the legal community andbeyond. Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct andethics in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate from anaccredited law school. Active member of the West Virginia Bar. 5years of experience as an Estate Attorney, Trusts Attorney, orProbate Attorney. Proven experience in fiduciary litigation anddrafting of wills, trusts, and other related documents. Proficientin probate administration and trusts administration. Strong legalresearch skills and the ability to handle complex proceduralissues. Exceptional client communication skills, with an emphasison compassion and clarity. Demonstrated ability in businessdevelopment and networking. Reside in or willing to relocate toCharleston, WV. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability towork collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
