The Position The candidate hired for this position will handle cases from intake through disbursement. We seek an attorney with a least five (5) years of experience handling motor vehicle accident cases in pre-litigation and litigation. This position requires a track record of demonstrating results and adding value to significant and/or complex personal injury and wrongful death cases. Qualification Requirements Minimum five (5) years of experience handling personal injury cases. Extensive pre-litigation and litigation experience. Exceptional legal research and writing abilities. Substantial experience taking depositions, drafting and arguing all types of motions, and handling day-to-day case management. Ability to work autonomously and with direction from the managing partner. An individual who is highly ethical, motivated, and will go the extra-mile. Trial experience and Plaintiff-side experience is preferred. Compensation Above-market compensation commensurate with experience and results obtained. Base salary with performance based bonuses.
