This trial counsel opportunity will focus on Personal Injury matters. We’re seeking a confident attorney who is comfortable taking full ownership of your caseload, from discovery through verdict. You’ll be able to truly hone your courtroom and trial skills while you leave the back-end and pre-litigation work to your colleagues who concentrate in these areas.

What You Will Do:

Provide stellar representation to clients involved in personal injury matters. Draft and file litigation documents (i.e. pleadings, discovery requests, responses, demands, motions, memoranda of law). Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, court appearances, and trials. Lead depositions, jury selection, opening/closing statements, and direct/cross examinations. Manage in-court logistics and support teams.

Requirements:
What You Will Bring:

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the South Carolina Bar. Three plus years of hands-on trial experience. Proven experience in settlement negotiation. Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
