We Know You Candidates should possess at least one year of meaningful corporate/transactional experience in a law firm setting , and are knowledgeable in general corporate matters. With strong writing, analytical, and communications skills, you have excelled academically. You are a member of the South Carolina bar or would be willing to sit for the South Carolina bar.
