We are currently seeking a Litigation Associate to joinour dynamic team. Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Litigation Associaterole will have: 1. A J.D. degree from an accredited law school andan active member in good standing of the South Carolina bar. 2. Aminimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably ininsurance defense. 3. Proven experience in handling depositions,arbitrations, and trials. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation,and advocacy skills. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solvingabilities, with a keen eye for detail. 6. Proficiency in legalresearch tools and software. 7. Ability to manage a high volume ofcases and work under pressure to meet deadlines. 8. Demonstratedcommitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
