Salary:

Weare seeking a dynamic, passionate, and highly skilled Workers’Compensation Attorney to join our team. This is a permanentposition that offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impactcases and provide legal counsel to a diverse range of clients. Therole requires a deep understanding of Workers’ Compensation law,Insurance Defense, and a commitment to providing outstanding clientservice. Responsibilities As a Workers’ Compensation Attorney, your dutieswill include: 1. Handling all aspects of workers’ compensationcases from the initial client meeting through resolution. 2.Drafting pleadings, findings of fact, motions, briefs, opinions,and other legal documents. 3. Litigating cases before a workers’compensation judge or board of referees. 4. Representing theinterests of the employer or insurance carrier at hearings, trials,depositions, oral arguments, mediations, arbitrations, and otherproceedings. 5. Communicating regularly with clients, medicalproviders, the workers’ compensation administration, opposingcounsel, and the judiciary. 6. Conducting legal research andanalysis of law sources such as statutes, legal articles, legaldecisions, opinions, rulings, memoranda, and other legal materialfor case evaluation. 7. Developing strategies and negotiatingsettlements on behalf of clients. Qualifications To qualify forthis exciting opportunity, you must meet the followingrequirements: 1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited lawschool. 2. Active license to practice law in the state of SouthCarolina. 3. 2 years of experience in workers’ compensation law andinsurance defense. 4. Proven track record in handling all aspectsof workers’ compensation cases. 5. Excellent negotiation andcommunication skills. 6. Strong analytical skills and the abilityto think strategically. 7. Ability to handle large caseloads andjuggle multiple priorities. 8. Proficiency in legal researchsoftware and Microsoft Office Suite. 9. Ability to workindependently and as part of a team. 10.
