Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation (5 Years Experience)Columbia, MO or Springfield, MO Full-Time | Primarily In-Personwith Hybrid Flexibility $130,000 – $200,000 annually (DOE) Benefitsgpac is partnering with a well-established and respectedMissouri-based law firm seeking an experienced Associate Attorneywith a strong background in civil litigation . Columbiaand Springfield Focus Area :

Civil litigation only – family law,government law, or transactional law experience will not beconsidered

Experience Level :

5-10 years of direct civil litigationexperience

Work Environment :

Primarily in-office with some hybridflexibility

Responsibilities:

Independently manage a caseload ofcivil litigation matters from intake to resolution/trial Conductdepositions, draft motions and pleadings, and make courtappearances Collaborate with partners and legal staff on casestrategy and development Maintain excellent client communicationand meet case deadlines

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited lawschool Active license to practice law in Missouri Minimum 5 yearsof civil litigation experience (preferably 7-10 ) Strong writing,advocacy, and courtroom skills Ability to manage a high-levelcaseload with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits:

BaseSalary :
