A well-established and respected Missouri-based law firm seekingan experienced Associate Attorney with a strong background in civillitigation . This is an excellent opportunity for a skilledlitigator looking to take on substantial responsibility in aprofessional, growth-focused environment.

Columbia and Springfield FocusArea :

Civil litigation only – family law, government law, ortransactional law experience will not be considered

ExperienceLevel :

5-10 years of direct civil litigation experience

WorkEnvironment :

Primarily in-office with some hybrid flexibility

Responsibilities:

Independently manage a caseload of civillitigation matters from intake to resolution/trial Conductdepositions, draft motions and pleadings, and make courtappearances Collaborate with partners and legal staff on casestrategy and development Maintain excellent client communicationand meet case deadlines

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited lawschool Active license to practice law in Missouri Minimum 5 yearsof civil litigation experience (preferably 7-10 ) Strong writing,advocacy, and courtroom skills Ability to manage a high-levelcaseload with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits:

BaseSalary :
