Medical Dental Vision Bonus Pay JobDetails Responsibilities:
1. Defend workers’ compensation claimsfor benefits including medical, disability, death, andrehabilitation claims. 2. Conduct comprehensive legal research andanalysis to make informed decisions and provide sound legal advice.3. Draft, review, and revise various legal documents includingpleadings, motions, briefs, reports, and correspondence. 4.Represent clients in pre-trial and trial matters, depositions,mediations, and hearings.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD)degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admitted to practice lawin the state and in good standing with the state bar association.3. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Workers’ CompensationDefense Attorney, preferably in the tech services industry. 4.Proven experience in legal research, legal writing, depositions,and trial. 5. Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation laws andregulations. 6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and advocacyskills. Interested in hearing more?
