Associate Attorney Sarsfield Law Firm, LLC South Carolina • Remote Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in the area of Family Law. This role offers an opportunity to engage in meaningful legal work while contributing to the growth and success of our firm. Duties Conduct thorough legal research and analysis using tools. Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts. Assist in litigating cases in court, representing clients with professionalism and integrity. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases involving multiple areas of law. Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations under the law. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas. Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the bar in South Carolina. Strong research skills with proficiency in legal research tools. Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents. Knowledge or experience in is preferred but not required. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual caseloads effectively. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
