K Job Details Responsibilities:

As aPermanent Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include: 1.Providing legal advice and representation to clients in courtproceedings. 2. Conducting legal research and drafting complexlegal documents. 3. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.4. Handling a diverse caseload involving retail, hospitality,trucking, construction, insurance defense, and insurance coveragesectors. 5. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, andlegal assistants to ensure the best representation for our clients.6. Staying updated on all relevant legal changes and developments.7. Providing legal advice and assistance to clients, ensuring theyunderstand their legal rights and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications: 1.Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina and SouthCarolina. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicingattorney. 3. Proven experience in retail, hospitality, trucking,construction, insurance defense, and insurance coverage sectors. 4.Previous experience in roles such as a public defender, militaryattorney, prosecutor, or judicial clerkship is highly desirable. 5.Strong legal research and writing skills. 6. Demonstratedexperience in litigation. 7. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. 8. Ability to provide sound legal advice andassistance to clients. 9. Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills. 10. Ability to manage a high volume of cases and work underpressure. 11. High level of professionalism and adherence to legaland ethical standards.
