Commerical Litigation Associate Commerical Litigation Associatewith 3-5years of corporate law experience to work in our Nashvilleoffice. The position requires significant client contact and theability to excel when working independently. Superior clientcommunication, writing, research, computer, and organizationalskills are a must.
Background Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD)degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law inTenessee. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated abilityto work both independently and as part of a team. Excellentanalytical, research, and writing skills. Analyze and investigatelitigation matters Develop case strategy (including claims,defenses, and researching applicable caselaw) Assist in all phasesof litigation including arguing and defending motions, taking anddefending depositions, and participation at trial Prepare andreview motions, briefs, and discovery Compensation is based onyears of experience.
