Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal counsel on employee benefits and executive compensation matters, particularly in corporate transactions. Draft and review legal documents related to deferred compensation, retirement plans, and welfare benefits. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support client advisory and transactional work. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients’ executive compensation and benefits needs. Advise clients on regulatory compliance and best practices in benefits administration.

Qualifications:

Qualifications Juris Doctorate from a Top 100 or so law school with honors, distinction or publications. 3-5 years of experience with exposure to benefits and executive compensation law. Experience with complex corporate employment law or other niche transactional matters Exceptional Educational Background is beneficial for this sophisticated environment. Admission to the Tennessee Bar or ability to transfer and obtain licensure expediently.
