Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage acaseload of estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, andother related documents. Conduct consultations with clients tounderstand their needs and provide strategic legal guidance onestate planning issues. Draft, review, and execute estate planningdocuments tailored to clients’ goals. Stay up-to-date on state andfederal estate planning laws and regulations to ensure complianceand optimal client outcomes. Collaborate with colleagues tocontribute to client case strategy and planning.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of estate planning experience Must be Bar licensedin Tenesee , in good standing. Strong legal writing, research, andclient consultation skills. Ability to work both independently andcollaboratively in a client-centered environment. JD fromaccredited law school
