We are seeking a dedicated Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel in immigration matters, represent clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and contribute to the firms mission of providing comprehensive immigration support to individuals and families. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on immigration law and procedures related to citizenship
Represent clients in immigration hearings and proceedings before EOIR and USCIS.
Prepare and file petitions, applications, and other legal documents related to immigration cases.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and provide case updates.
Develop and implement strategies for litigation in immigration cases as needed. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Experience in immigration law, including familiarity with EOIR and USCIS processes.
Strong litigation skills and experience representing clients in court.
Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
