We encourageyou to apply and bring your expertise if you’re a: Engaged legalprofessional: You’ll manage the entire legal process, frominvestigation and discovery though trial prep and court proceedingsrepresenting clients in depositions, site inspections, courthearings, trials, etc. and negotiating settlements as required.

Strategic partner : Researching all applicable laws and findings,you’ll develop appropriate legal strategies for all stages oflitigation and share them with claims representatives and insuredclients. People person : You’ll establish and maintain goodrelationships with claims representatives and clients, andoccasionally conduct training sessions for Legal, Claims or otherdepartments. Effective communicator : You’ll develop and renderclear, unambiguous legal opinions and strategies, and draft legaldocuments including pleadings and motions.

Collaborative Mentor :

As needed, you’ll provide guidance and direction to juniorattorneys, prepare and conduct training sessions for the legal andclaims departments and collaborate with colleagues who are remotelylocated.
