The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to real estate law, business, and probate law. This role requires excellent legal research and drafting skills, as well as the ability to manage complex cases effectively. The Litigation Attorney will represent clients in court, prepare legal documents, and provide sound legal advice. Responsibilities Represent clients in litigation matters across various practice areas including real estate law, probate law, and business law. Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis to support case strategies. Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and clarity. Prepare for court appearances by organizing case files and developing arguments. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
