Salary:

We are currently seeking adynamic, highly skilled, and self-motivated Permanent LitigationAttorney to join our esteemed legal team. The successful candidatewill be primarily focused on Insurance Defense Litigation, and willplay a critical role in managing all aspects of litigation,including taking and defending depositions, pleadings, discovery,trial preparation, and court appearances.
Responsibilities:
1.Manage a caseload involving insurance defense litigation matters.2. Conduct complex legal research and analysis to developinnovative case strategies. 3. Draft, review and negotiate legaldocuments including pleadings, motions, discovery requests,responses, and other legal correspondences. 4. Represent clients incourt, before government agencies, or in private legal matters. 5.Conduct and defend depositions effectively to gather or providecritical case information. 6. Communicate effectively with clients,colleagues, judges, and others involved in the case. 7. Collaboratewith legal team members to ensure a coordinated and efficientapproach to meeting client needs. 8. Stay updated with the latestlegal trends, regulations, and rulings that may affect your cases.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.2. Admitted to practice in the state of Tennesseeand in goodstanding. 3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Insurance DefenseLitigation. 4. Proven experience in taking and defendingdepositions. 5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.6. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolutionskills. 7. Strong written and oral communication skills, capable ofexplaining complex legal issues to non-lawyers. 8. Ability to workindependently and as part of a team. 9. Strong attention to detailand organizational skills. 10. Proficiency with legal researchsoftware and Microsoft Office Suite.
