Associate Attorney Evans, Bulloch & Parker, PLLC 302 N Spring Street, Murfreesboro, TN 37130 “`Duties“`:
As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal support and assistance to the firm’s clients.
Your duties will include:
- Conducting legal research and analysis on various topics
- Drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, contracts, and agreements
- Assisting with case preparation and management
- Representing clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings
- Negotiating settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients
- Collaborating with senior attorneys and staff on complex cases “`Requirements“`:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis

- Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis
