OB SUMMARY
The Attorney will support the closing process and may have business development responsibilities to grow the business.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts closing procedures related to real estate transactions Drafts and reviews settlement documents for purchase and refinancing transactions Assist with clearance, underwriting questions and guidelines Resolve and assist with escalations for title curative issues Timely and professionally communications with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers Become proficient in closing software programs Meet with investor partners regularly to maximize business opportunities Host/coordinate networking/educational events for clients and potential clients Performs other duties as assigned

years of industry related experience
E DUCATION
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
CE RTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, INSURANCE
Applicable state licensure to practice law

An in depth understanding of real estate title and settlement process.
