Essential Functions Coordinate all phases of the lateral recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and communicating with candidates and search firms. Assist with offer letters, conflicts checks, background checks, and other pre-employment processes. Facilitate onboarding and integration activities, including orientation scheduling, workspace setup, and introductions to key firm resources and personnel. Serve as a liaison between lateral hires and internal departments to ensure a smooth transition. Track and report key metrics related to lateral hiring, retention, and integration. Maintain knowledge of industry best practices in lateral recruitment and integration. Support special projects and firm-wide initiatives related to attorney development and hiring.
Requirements Education:
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Experience:
2 – 5 years of legal support experience Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
