The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and be proficient in managing schedules, handling correspondence, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative tasks. Responsibilities Preparation of files Customer service by phone, email and in-person Handle interoffice mail Compose various correspondence (email, memos, letters, forms, etc.) Proofread documentation to identify and correct errors Research, gather and compile information, including statistics and schedules Organize, file, scan and make copies as necessary Answer phone and take messages Process security timesheets Process suspension and related information Administrative and organizational support Other duties as assigned and within the scope of an Office Support Specialist Qualifications Experience in working with confidential and sensitive information (critical) Demonstrate and maintain confidentiality in all aspect of work (critical) Attention to detail (critical) Data entry with high rate of accuracy (critical) Excellent Communication – both verbal and written (critical) Work in a team setting (critical) Handle large volume of workload (critical) Shift from task to task efficiently and effectively (critical)
