This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, with a strong commitment to client service and case accuracy. Key Responsibilities Initial Responsibilities Assist in evaluating all incoming claims related to the Mass Torts department. Conduct initial outreach and communication with clients. Prepare required documentation for Legal Assistants. Organize and deliver case-related materials to co-counsel firms. Assemble and maintain case closure materials (“Red Folders”). Ongoing Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to all client communications. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and case updates. Maintain consistent and effective communication with co-counsel firms. Prepare, organize, and deliver regular reports to partnering firms. Support department operations with additional administrative tasks and projects as needed. Additional Duties Conduct bi-annual mass tort case inventories, including both physical and electronic file audits. Qualifications Prior experience in legal or administrative support (Mass Torts experience preferred). Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient with document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
